Panna Cotta with red berries

Ingredients for 8 glasses

50L half cream

1.5 tbsp sugar

1 packet vanilla sugar

1 vanilla pod

 ½ tsp agar

Mix of red fruit (fresh or frozen)

2 tbsp sugar

Whipped cream




Bring the cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla and agar to boil.

Divide into cups and then leave to cool and harden in the refrigerator.

Cook the fruit mixture and add sugar.

Divide the fruit amongst the bowls, top with whipped cream and berries.
