Banana and Passion Fruit Crumble with Coconut

Ingredients for 6 people

4 bananas

5 Passion fruits

100g butter

75g powdered coconut

75g sugar

75g flour

Salt

4 mint leaves

 

 

Method

 

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Peel the bananas, cut into slices and put them in a baking dish.

Cut the passion fruit in half and mix the seeds and juice with banana slices.

Cut the butter into small pieces.

Place them in a bowl with the flour, sugar, coconut and a pinch of salt.

Knead everything with your fingers. The result should be quite grainy.

Spread the crumble mixture over the bananas. Bake for 30 minutes.

Garnish with a mint leaf.
